![]() ![]() You also have midrange stores like Macys and Zara they have Target, Forever XX1 and Hot Topic on the more affordable end. They have Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, Cartier, Gucci, Jimmy Choo, LV and many other luxury labels. This place has a great balance of luxury retailers, to midrange department stores, to more contemporary boutiques. I love this mall and let me tell you why. When I was there on the weekday night, 5-6 feet away from me, I saw Jermaine Jackson (Michael Jackson's brother) & his wife taking a stroll and browsing. I've never seen that inside a mall before. On Sat, they even had a Farmer's Market section of tables down one wing where vendors sold fruits & veggies, tamales, & pita bread. Their Nordstrom is fabulous! There's a nice choice of restaurants & 2 small food courts on each of the floors. I love how there's stores for every budget of customer. ![]() I'm glad to see the women's clothing store, Zara plus a few others I've never heard of. The mall has an upscale, stylish appearance as well! Every time I think I've seen it all, there's another wing of stores to walk down. You need a good AT LEAST 3 hrs if you really want to look around good & buy things. I know I wouldn't have time to go through it all, so I returned the following Sat. I arrived on a summer weekday night 40 minutes before closing, so it wasn't crowded at all, which was great. This mall has over 250 stores where the usual mall has over 150-180 stores. This is one of the best and so far the biggest mall I've ever been to & I think I've been to a good amount in my day. I'll try something from two to three new eateries each time because I'm not here often at all. I'll keep coming from time to time because it is a little drive, almost two hours one way if the traffic's bad. The original food court's still nice and I see a couple of new places up there too like the Jamaican place called Jerk Wings Cafe that I wouldn't mind trying one day. There are close to 30 eateries and I've literally only heard of one place (Fat Sal's). They needed a new food court with all unique eateries. They should add a few signs throughout the mall to direct people to that whole, exciting area. I almost missed it if I hadn't walked down a certain area. Then, I see they added a whole new food court area called Topanga Social, which is where all the people were when I went on a regular old Wednesday. It's still a pretty nice mall and one of my favorites! There were the most vacant spaces I've ever seen, but it looks like they're about to build all new places down both sides of a certain wing, so it looks like space enough for about 10-15 new retailers, so I can't wait to see what those will be. ![]() Time for an update! I've been since COVID, but still not in quite a while. ![]()
